Brief Answer:
Wysolone is not to be stopped.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

In myasthenia gravis(MG),steroid are to be continued in minimum possible dosage on which disease activity is controlled. So,wysolone should be continued.

Moreover, joint pain is not a clinical feature of myasthenia gravis. So,yourself taking wysolone for MG is fine but I can't understand the logic of taking it for joint pain.
Please discuss it with your treating physician.Further, consult a Rheumatologist for joint pain.

Hope that I have answered your query. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread, rate it and write a review as your rating will be of help to me.

Dr.Ajay Panwar,
