Brief Answer:
Allergic contact dermatitis; oral and topical steroids

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have understood it

You seems to have developed allergic contact dermatitis to the coloring product.

If i was the treating doctor I would suggest a course of an oral steroid for a week e.g either prednisolone or methylprednisolone or deflazacort. If there is too much of oozing, weeping and pain that might be due to secondary bacterial infection of allergic dermatitis; a course of an oral antibiotic too would be indicated in that case to help dry oozing and weeping.

Topically you may use a moderately potent topical steroid cream e.g triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% cream or fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream, twice daily for a week.

I also suggest an oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine tablet for symptomatic itch relief.

These are all prescription medications and therefore i suggest that you see a doctor in your vicinity for the needful.

Regards
