Based on the picture report,You seem to have a insect bite/Bedbut bite / or mosquito bite/ or could be boil in early stage.

Does it itch when you first saw?
Any burning / or heat feel is there in this lump?
Do you get these lumps repeatedly?
When was the last bump you suffered?

Treatment-
Tab Motrin 400 mgm x 1 tab 2 times a day-3 -5 days
Tab Antihistaminic-like Loratidine 10 mg 1 tab 2 times x 3-5 days
Cortazone cream -locally would resolve this bump.

Hi,XXXX.Thanks for updated information.I understand Your worry.
I studied your updates.Dear You need not worry as it is a benign and Non-cancerous Lump,mostly from Insect Bite over night.

My Opinion/and Reasoning-
Based on the picture report and In My opinion,You seem to have a Bedbug bite / or mosquito bite or could be a boil in early stage.
Possibility of bedbug bite /or/ mosquito bite is more,as you had it overnight.
Itch,which has developed lately,confirms the bedbug bite/or/mosquito bite.
Suggested Treatment-
I would suggest following care for My patient in my clinic-
In any case, I would suggest You to apply Cortizone 10 -Cream Locally,which would regress this lump- in a day or 2.
IF no regression of the lump and the pain increases or lump grows,I would suggest you to -
-take Tab Motrin 400 mgm,and
Cap Mox-250 mgm 1 three times per day,which would control the growing lump,being a Acne / Boil in early stages.

Impression-Non-Cancerous Benign Lump-Either Insect Bite? or could be due to Acne / or Infective Boil on Left Forehead.
This would Regress in 3-5 days time with treatment above.
If no relief after 3-5 days time,Then I would suggest You to have Second Opinion from Dermatologist,who would work out other possibilities and would treat accordingly.

Suggestion-
So Don't Worry,as this lumps is benign and is not Cancerous.
Take Treatment under cover of your Family Doctor as suggested above.
IF no relief with suggested medicines above,Consult Dermatologist if need be.
