Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.

From your description it looks like your daughter is having papular urticaria, a form of skin allergy to insects/mosquitoes but its too difficult to say anything specific in absence of clinical examination. Therefore for accurate diagnosis, I would suggest you to upload some good clinical photo to me.
You can also mail pictures to YYYY@YYYY with the subject titled 'Attn : Dr Hardik Pitroda'.

Thank you

Thank you Dr. Pitroda,
I will ask her to send you some pictures. I am pretty sure that they are not Insect bites. These "bumps and itches" come and go throughout the day.( Her home is immaculate.) As I have mentioned previously, the "BUMPS" are on both Legs only.(Maybe up to 50 "bumps" on each side). I'm concerned (like any parent) because I can see this condition affecting her emotionally.

Brief Answer:
Topical hydrocortisone and fusidic acid

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the pictures.
From the review its seems she has go some allergic dermatitis over legs.
It could be due to some insects lie mosquitoes or can be due to waxing or shaving of legs.
In any case, the treatment remains more or less the same.
I would suggest her to apply a cream containing hydrocortisone and fusidic acid twice a day over affected areas. Also apply a soothing calamine and liquid parrafin lotion for faster relief.
Take antihistaminics like Benadryl to relieve itching.
Avoid scratching/picking of lesions.
I am sure you will be fine soon with the treatment highlighted.
Thank you
Dr Hardik Pitroda
