What Causes Itching Around Genitals?

default
Posted on Sat, 28 Feb 2015
Question: Hi doctor, today I went to a prostitute. Started feeling itchy on my penis, balls and foreskin when I got home. I wore a condom and she gave me oral and I penetrated her and "french kissed" with my chapped lips also I forgot that I have a very tiny cut on the hand and I fingered her, had some vagina liquid on the around the hand where the cut is at. I'm kinda afraid of me contracting std, herpes and HIV after taking a look at the rubbish dump filled with condoms. Many guys did looked for her for service and I'm really afraid if I did contract the above diseases as mentioned. Does early stage of this diseases be treated and cure if found early? And doctor what's your recommendation for me? This is my first time doing it and I have regretted it. I'm only 19.

If there's a drop of vagina liquid touches my penis head will i contract any of it?

Your reply is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.

Brief Answer:
chances to get STD and HIV are present

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome to HCM,
You have minor cut and vaginal secretion can transmit HIV, although rates are very less. Sexual activity with condom decreases chances of HIV transmission by 80% only.
If you don't know the HIV status of prostitute then i will advise you to start PEP (Post exposure prophylaxis) as early as possible (preferably within 6 hr). Using a condom along with antiretroviral therapy can reduce your risk of transmission by up to 99.2 percent.
HIV nucleic acid amplification test (NAT) is the early test which detect HIV infection.
Chances of STD and Herpes is also there and these can be treated or suppressed after appearance of clinical feature easily.
Hope this is helpful.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Apply antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome again,
STDs, such as such as gonorrhea, Chlamydia, and syphilis, are caused by bacteria and they are usually effectively treated with antibiotics. Vaccines for certain viral STDs are in use only.
For bruise of penis head you need antibiotic cream like polysporin and oral antibiotic depending on the lesion.
Avoid sexual activity till subsidence of bruise.
Thanks
