Brief Answer:
tinea infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for the query to HCM.
This is typical ring worm infection which has marked borders ,scaling and severe itching and keeps spreading and red base.
This is a tinea variant and can be treated with 7 days course of thrice a day local application of Ointment Candid-B over itchy areas + take Tab Fluconazole 300mg once a week for 3 weeks.
Also keep local area dry and moisture free for early healing.
You may add tab cetrizine 5mg twice a day to relieve itching.
