Question: Hi I have an itchy clitorus and ive started to notice that there are tiny clumps of bumps around my clit and on the top my clit. Ive had this for a week now and my clitorus doesn't itch as much but it still burns a little when I pee what to do to make it really go away

Thanks for the query,
It is evident from the picture that you are suffering from vaginal fungal infection and accompanied vaginitis with urinary tract infection.
you need to be placed on antifungals and antibiotics together.
Take the following:-
1. Tab FLUCONAZOLE 150mg per oral stat.
2. Clotrimazole + clindamycin vaginal pessaries once at night intravaginally for 6 days.
3. Tab NORFLOXACIN 500mg twice a day for 7 days.
4. Tab Tinidazole 500mg twice a day for 7 days.
5. Tab cetrizine 5mg twice a day for 5 days.
