I am on Zoloft, and prometrium. No. I have not used any new products to clean the outside of my body and am not taking any new meds.
The site is not raised or swollen. There is no rash on my skin.

I rate myself as a 4 on hygiene.

Brief Answer:
A few possibilities listed; but only guesses due to lack of visual exam

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.

Thank you so much for that information.

Without a physical examination of the region due to lack of images, I can only assume and provide you with a list of most likely causes based on the information you have given me, they are:

+Dermatitis or mastitis: May have to use a cortisone cream application over the region, or a tube of triamcinolone (avoid application over the nipple region, and avoid long-term use)
+Fungal infection: Anti-fungal creams
+Dry skin: Good moisturising cream
+Ring worm: Ketoconazole cream

Other than the above listed causes, I doubt it could be anything else due to the lack of a rash or raised region. Keep the region clean, and apply a good moisturiser over it always. Please also consider avoiding wearing a bra if the region lies under the bra, during the course of the treatment; to avoid friction and further aggravation. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications ma'am, I am always here to help.
