General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is a postoperative pain and it is quite common after any surgical intervention. However in your case the pain persists for months so, conditions like pelvic inflammatory disease(PID) must be ruled out.

Consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated. An ultrasound scan is required for further assessment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family physician
