Brief Answer:
Dose can be increased in conultation with your doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

The dose can be increased after consulting your doctor. Other alternatives such as SSRIs , behavioral therapy, psychotherapy can also be explored after a XXXXXXX mental state exam by a psychiatrist. I would advise you to alter the dose after your physician advises it so

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
