Brief Answer:
Ultrasound scan required

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns about irregular and painful periods.

Following is my reply:

1. You seem to be suffering from PCO (polycystic ovaries) which leads to delayed and irregular periods. This also leads to blackish colour discharge.

2. Along with PCO you seem to be suffering from endometriosis which is collection of blood wothlin ovary and pelvis leading to painful menstrual cycle as in your situation.

3. Only way to identify PCO and endometriosis is to get an ultrasound scan done from your doctor to check the same.

4. Based on ultrasound scan report, I can advice you further.

5. Meanwhile if you are overweight, you need to lose weight as overweight women have irregular periods.

Let me know if you need any more clarification.

Regards
