Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome back on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms are not characteristic of any cardiac disorders.

Besides your performed tests can confirm this.

So try to relax and don't think about it any more! Nothing is going to happen to your heart.

Is the chest pain triggered by respiration or body movements? This would be indicative of a musculo-skeletal disorder, like inflammation.

From the other hand anxiety and Gerd can trigger a similar symptomatology.

Have you tried taking an anti-acid? What about taking an anxiolytic tablet like alprazolam? Have your symptoms improved by these drugs? This would be really indicative of anxiety or Gerd as the possible causes underlying your symptomatology.

If your symptoms are not relieved by the antiacid or alprazolam, I would recommend taking ibuprofen, as it is an anti-inflammatory painkiller. It can stop musculo-skeletal pain.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
