Brief Answer:
Your blood results are all normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I have gone through your report.

Your blood results are all normal.

Slight increase in lymphocyte count is very normal as long it is within normal range.

For body pain you can take tablet paracetamol 500 mg twice daily after food.

Since you are not having symptoms of fever and weight loss there is nothing to worry and you are not having any unknown disease.

Regards

DR DE
