Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome,
It is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
Missing beats or VPC's could be normal in a normal heart. It is like a extra beat which comes from a part of heart replacing the normal heart beat. If it comes very frequently than we give treatment.
Bus as you have a holter done which has not shown any significant finding, and you have a normal heart on echo, than you do not need treatment. But if the symptoms are too much, than we prescribe medicine called beta blocker starting from 25mg. You can discuss this with your doctor.
I'll also recommend you for a stress echo, to rule out any possible coronary disease which might also cause frequent missed beats.
Continue taking Telma.
I hope you will be fine soon.
Thanks & take care
