Brief Answer:
Balanitis is possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.

I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely due to balanitis. Smegma accumulation, recurrent fungal and bacterial infection and inflammation will result in that. It can also lead to phimosis (tightening of fore skin).

In such case in my patients I advise ointments with combination of antifungals like clotrimazole, anti bacterial like neomycin and corticosteroid betamethasone for local application. Corticosteroid application will helps in improvement of phimosis also. You should also avoid irritants like soap to wash the sensitive area of penis and foreskin. You can use warm water or saline for washing the area. While bathing you can also give exercise of stretching of fore skin back and forth which helps in improving the tightened foreskin.

If all these not helping and tightening of foreskin is increasing then i advise circumcision which is a definite treatment for this.
Hope this may help you.Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.

Hi

Thank you for your follow up query.

Clobeta GM can also be used which contain corticosteroid clobetasol , antibiotic gentamycin and antifungal miconazole. As you get the tightening of foreskin in last 3 days it could be from recent inflammation which might improve faster.
Hope this may help you.Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
