Brief Answer:
Aspirin is most probable cause of anemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

Aspirin when taken for long duration is known to cause sloughing of gastric mucosa / stomach lining and thus loss of blood.
This loss of blood over a period of time often leads to anemia.
I suggest you to get stool for occult blood to detect blood in stools.
At your age, anemia can be due to some growth -polyp or malignancy of large intestine, however, a normal colonoscopy rules out possibility of any abnormality of colon.
I also suggest you to get iron levels to detect any iron deficiency.
In case iron deficiency is present, iron supplements need to be taken.
Loss of blood over period of time can cause iron loss also.
The use of aspirin needs to be controlled.
You need to consult your rhematologist for revision of drug therapy for arthritis.
In addition, you can get an upper gastrointestinal tract endoscopy to look for any ulcer in the gastric mucosa.
In case, any erosion or ulcer is detected, ulcero-protective drugs may be required.

Thanks and take care
