Question: age 48. I am getting fatter in size and increasing weight. 61kg for 4ft 11 inches. feeling heaviness in heart. exposed to stressed environment

Dear XXXX, hi! as you have mentioned , you are 48, may be perimenopausal.
increasing weight is a big challenge. you need to rule out some underlying cause first, like hypothyroidism. if that is not the case then most likely cause is life style.
so you need to calculate your calorie requirement /day. calculate your daily intake, reduce your intake by 500 calories /day then what is your recommended intake.
at the same time increase your physical activity. start burning 500 calories per day . this if goes on daily for 1 month you will lose some 2 kg /mth.
