Brief Answer:
Tital gamma

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking

Gamma globulin. These proteins are also called antibodies. They help prevent and fight infection. Gamma globulins bind to foreign substances, such as bacteria or viruses, causing them to be destroyed by the immune system

Increased total globulin level:
1-Chronic inflammatory disease - eg, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus 2-erythematosus (SLE).
3-Multiple myeloma.
4-Waldenström's macroglobulinaemia.
5-Hyperimmunisation

Therefore a consultation with your doctor can be useful

About monoclonal gammapathy:

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
There should be a pathology causing these higher Gamma globulins, but as your lab Doctor suggests further exams are needed.
The IME result does not correspond to the protein electrophoresis, because no peak is seen there. But the lab doctor is responsible to interpret the results in this case and you should follow his suggestions.
Wish you good health.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
MONOCLONAL GAMMAPATHY

Detailed Answer:
HI
It's not clear what causes myeloma.Multiple myeloma almost always starts out as a relatively benign condition called monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS).

MGUS, like multiple myeloma, is marked by the presence of M proteins — produced by abnormal plasma cells — in your blood. However, in MGUS, the levels of M proteins are lower and no damage to the body occurs.
