Question: Im positive im going into menepause. I have hot flashes worse at night. Still having my period. Hair has changed thinning. I have lost n still losing 25 or more pounds in like two months. Im very confused alot. I feel shaky. I stay home cuz I dont really drive safely. I get lost. And very frantic easily. I feel I have lost it. I do suffer from ptsd ocd anxiety sleep deprivation.....I only take menapause vitamins.
