Brief Answer:
I need further details.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I have read your query in detail. I understand your concern.

I can see that your Blood pressure and heart rate both are high. They need to be controlled.
Even if this is "Gas" again, you require treatment modification as this BP and Heart rate is not acceptable for a healthy life.
This high high rate is the reason for your tachycardia.

I need following details:
1. Were you diagnosed as having hypertension only few days back? Earlier your BP was normal or you never underwent checkup?
2. What medications you are taking?
3. Any history of diabetes? Heart problems in family?
4. Do you have heart palpitations all the time or only during a particular time?
5. Do you get breathless on walking/ exertion?
6. How is your vision? Any difficulty related to that?

As far as your question is concerned, in case you are having ongoing chest pain, sweating, palpitations, you should visit ER ASAP.

This is my best advise for you based on available details. If you have any further query please ask me and revert with the answers of the questions i have asked preferably in point wise manner.

Stay Healthy.
