Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

What you are experiencing doesn't seem to be related to diet and life style. Your BP is within normal range and dizziness most likely is related to summer climmate and electrolyte imbalance.

I would like to suggest drinking plenty of water, taking electrolyte and magnesium supplements.

If the symptoms will persist you should contact your doctor.

Wish you health!

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

What you are experiencing may be a side effect of finasteride use (head ache, dizziness). These side effects are most likely to occur during summer due to weather conditions.

Please follow my advice and if the problems persist stop taking finasteride for a couple
of days. If everything is ok than your symptoms are definitely related to finasteride use.

Wish you health!
