What Causes Headaches, Lightheadedness And Diarrhea?

Question: It started with a headache , lightheaded,dizzy,then came cold chills,bodyaches,diaherra ...now the bodyaches have gone after 2 days but the headache and diaherra and super dizzy are still present...what can I do to feel better and what is the cause?
