Brief Answer:
Should rule out Hypertension.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.
I have gone through your query. You should rule out hypertension by checking your blood pressure. You should also get an ECG to rule out any cardiac problems like ischemia or dysrhythmias. In all these above cases these symptoms can occur. If hypertension then initially life style modification and low salt diet should be tried and if no improvement then drugs should be started.
The other problems which give such head ache can be due to sinusitis of frontal and sphenoidal. If you have nasal congestion and heaviness feeling of head it can be suspected. In such case a paranasal sinus X ray will rule out that.
Hope this may help you.Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
