Advise to follow up with a doctor for detailed evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic

The constellation of symptoms he is experiencing does not point to a particular organic disorder.
However. your son definitely need detailed evaluation by a doctor.
Stress at home or school, drug or alcohol use, depression etc can cause such symptoms in a teenager.
I would also recommend checking his thyroid levels, even though his symptoms are not typical of thyroid problem.

Please be advised to follow up with a primary care provider. Your son need a detailed evaluation regarding what is going on in his life .

Hope this answers your question
