Question: When I been over I smell chlorine in my nose and have a pain in my head after wards how does this happen?

I am sorry might have misunderstood. I am not smelling from a bottle or anywhere need me. My sinuses are having issues where internal I can smell it when I behind over. My sinus will drain and that is when I can smell it. It is not coming from a bottle outside it is an internal smell.
