Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

What you are experiencing seems more likely to be related to gastrointestinal disorders. The pain characteristics, it was triggered by food and it last for hours, are suggestive for gastrointestinal problems (especially gastritis/ulcer). As a such you shouldn't worry it's not serious.

In case that the pain become more intense or the things seems to get worse you should go to ER.

However cardiac problems should be excluded by doing the following examinations in the future days :
- ecg
- cardiac echo
- stress test

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
