I have completely reviewed your health query, and well realize all those concerns. Being your physician, I will take care all of them today and will extend my expertise to solve the problems.

You have mentioned that you have diabetes. Can you please tell me since when you have diabetes and are you been on any medications for diabetes??
Are you taking insulin or oral medications to lower blood glucose levels??
Your blood sugar values when you check are in normal range or high??

Causes of no appetite for 3 days:-
May be due to issues related to diabetes mellitus like there is a disease named Gastroparesis that causes to lower the stomach motility and causes indigestion and decreased appetite.
Infection anywhere in body may also cause decreased appetite.
Do you have cough, diarrhea, constipation, nausea, sore throat, pain anywhere in body??

Green stools may be normal due to medications (are you taking any medicines??), Food stuff with green color like green leafy vegetables, salads, food colors etc.
Kindly spare some time to give details for the questions I raised.

Hope I answered all of your queries. Let me know if you have further clinical concerns or doubts. I will be more than happy to get back to you. Brief Answer:
It looks to be the side effects of anxiety medications !!!

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back Miss XXXX!
I appreciate your follow up query and a continued trust in HCM and its team. I am happy to assist you with the corrected details you provided in follow up. To err is human and please there is no need to feel sorry.

Well, having said that you are a non-diabetic and assuming that you have no other symptoms as I mentioned in my last answer, it looks that your loss of appetite is due to anxiety medications and anxiety itself.

Anxiety has a very common symptom of anorexia (loss of appetite). It is also exacerbated by the use of anti-anxiety medications. And green colored stools are not a health concern needing prompt medical attention especially not having other symptoms of any kind that may raise a suspicion of some disease being cause of green stools. Natural and benign reasons for green stools have been discussed in detail in my previous answer.

Final suggestion:-
Kindly consult back your Psychiatrist for in-person evaluation and medications review. He will go for a detailed interview in his office regarding your case history and will do physical examination where necessary. Medications review will be the main focus of your visit. I am sure you will be fine soon after that.

To help aid in digestion, take more of whole grains and avoid refined foods. No junk and fried food. No beverages and no caffeinated drinks as it adds up to the symptoms you have. Add CITRUCEL dietary fiber supplement in routine diet as this will help improve digestion and will assist in alleviating your present symptoms too. Ask your Physician for some PROBIOTICS and Gastric Motility Improving medications too.

Hope I answered all of your queries. Let me know if you have further clinical concerns or doubts. I will be more than happy to get back to you.
