Brief Answer:
Wait

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

Babies can have different colours of potty. Breast fed babies can often have green stools for no reason. Green colour may sometimes mean diarhea or undigestion of milk. In all these cases its ok to wait and watch.

Do let me know if baby is exclusively breastfed or is he having other foods. If he is breastfeeding then nothing much to be done. If bottle-feeding then prepare his milk in cleaner water from RO system.

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further
