Brief Answer:
May be having vitamin deficiencies.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You are likely to be having vitamin deficiencies. You can be benefitted by multivitamins, calcium and trace elements supplements. You can get your vitamin D level and if found low you can take vitamin D3 supplements. You can get vitamin B12 levels and if found low you can take Mecobalmine.
You can exclude other causes such as thyroid disease ( by T3,T4 and TSH levels) and diabetes by blood sugar levels.
Less likely cause can be circulation deficiency. You can check by arteriography of lower limbs to exclude it.
You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
