Brief Answer:
It can be due to urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to the HCM

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Such high frequency of urination is suggestive of urinary tract infection. I would recommend you to get her early morning urine sample for routine and microscopic examination. Also, go for culture and sensitivity test of urine at the same time.

As for now, you may start her on an alkalinizing drug like Sodium citrate which is easily available OTC ( over the counter) at 5 ml bedtime.
Also, offer her plenty of fluids orally. Restricting fluids is not advisable.

You may upload her reports for my reference, so that I may suggest antibiotics if required.

Hopefully this will help.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Yes, it can be

Hi
All the urinary tract infections are not associated with fever. So, it can be urinary tract infection. It's more likely a lower tract infection I.e. cystitis. But needs evaluation as I suggested.

Hopefully this will help.

Brief Answer:
Report is normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

As the report attached is suggestive of no specific bacterial urinary tract infection, there is nothing to be worried about.

If your daughter is still having frequency of urination, I would recommend you to give her 3 days antibiotic course for just cystitis. Cystitis is urinary bladder infection which might be leading to the symptoms. It's emperical to treat any mild infections not picked up by the culture.

You may give Syp. Cefixime for treatment along with Syp. Sodium Citrate. These are prescription drugs. Continue with plenty of water and fluids.

Hopefully this will help.
