Brief Answer:
Diarrhoea is directly related to dialysis as its side effect.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam.

I can certainly certainly understand your concerns.

Your husband possibly seem to have dialysis relayed complications.

Diarrhoea and stomach upset are frequent side effects of dialysis.

Treatment options to treat this diarrhea are limited.

Improvement in kidney function will spontaneously ameliorate most of the symptoms.

Dietary management can help to lower the incidence of diarrhoea.

Reduce the intake of water and fiber rich foods.

Bland or soft diet will help.

Stick with bland foods including crackers, white toast, eggs, chicken, or cream of wheat, etc. Avoid high-fiber foods such as vegetables, fruits, and whole grains.

Foods that may bother the intestines like fatty, spicy, or heavily seasoned foods should also be avoided.

Fruits like berries and ginger tea may help to combat this problem.

In special cases immunotherapy and kidney transplantation may offer permanent cure to this problem.Consult your Nephrologist with regards to these treatment options.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
