Question: i m 39 years of weight 85 kg i have digestion problm i go in day time four time for fresh and mainy time after taking food i have to go for fresh my stomch pls

This is Dr.Riyanka and I am glad to be helping you with your query.

Since you are 85 kgs it seems like you are overweight. It would be nice if you could kindly provide us your height so that we could calculate your BMI and tell you your desirable weight for your height.

Kindly do diet control. Eat good amount of fruits and vegetables and avoid oily, spicy foods.You can take curds and yogurts.

Also avoid too much of foods that produce gas like cauliflower , cabbage, peas.You can have these in moderation.
Also opt for over the counter Digestive enzyme syrups like Aristozyme ,
1 teaspoon after your meal.It will aid in digestion.

If i was your treating physician i would advise over the counter proton pump inhibitors like Omeprazole 20mg atleast half an hour before breakfast daily once for 2 weeks.

Also , customise yourself to go to the wash room early mornings after drinking a warm glass of water after you get up in the morning.

my height is 168 cm and i do regular exercise with jogging walking and also bodybuilding and used to take gud nutrients diet including fruits and grains with curd and white boil egg and some dry fruits

Your weight should be around 70 kgs according to your height. It is good that you exercise regularly and you are into body building but kindly donot let your weight exceed beyond normal limits.

Kindly take the medications as suggested above for two weeks. If you still have problems after two weeks of medications , you can consult a physician for further treatment.

Try for isotonic excercises like brisk walk to lose a weight slowly and steadily.

The white liquid with stools is mucous secreted by the large intestine. It can be seen normally in small quantities but can also be associated with digestive tract ailments when secreted in large quantities.

To diagnose any digestive ailments, Kindly consult a physician for "Stool analysis"- for occult blood, parasites and fecal fat content. A caution of not taking medications like antibiotics, Non steroidal antiinflammatory drugs or laxatives for atleast two weeks before you give your stool for examination should be followed. it means it may possible that this is due to problm in digestive trac and due to it i think after taking gud diet and proper workout i m not loosing the weight and my body is not taking shape

Yes. It is quite possible that digestive tract problems can lead to obesity and viceversa also.

Kindly continue with the fibrous rich diet( green leafy vegetables and fruits and oats, ragi, whole wheat).
Make sure carbohydrates consist of 70% diet, proteins 20%, 10% fats.

Brisk walking is the best exercise to practice for losing weight.

Also kindly consult a physician regarding the stool analysis and other investigations that will help diagnose the problem .
