Brief Answer:
Looks like early hypertension.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I went through your question.

Your case indicates early hypertension.I would generally like to get few investigations done in case like yours - Blood Routine, lipid profile, a record of one week BP reading, 2d echo and stress test.

Then next step would be taking small dose of antihypertensive regularly to regulate BP.This will also take care of angina.

Other suggestions are mild to moderate daily exercise and diet changes to more healthier side as per your liking.

Consider undertaking these steps.

Please ask if there are doubts.Regards.
