What Causes Fever With Chills And Frequent Urination?

Question: got over the flu a week ago, but since then I always need to urinate after drinking small amounts of water, but very little comes out. This morning, after my run(I RUN 3 MILES/DAY ` 14min/mile), I started having chills. I am tired and sometimes feel lightheaded.
