Brief Answer:
probably anaemia

Detailed Answer:
your symptoms seem to be due to anaemia. First get complete blood picture done. It gives lots of information. if peripheral is suggestive of iron deficiency anaemia get iron studies done for confirmation and get treated accordingly. If peripheral smear is s/o megaloblastic anaemia get vitamin B12 and folate levels tested. If CBP is normal get thyroid function tests and cardiac evaluation done.
Remember diagnosis of cancer cannot be made on symptoms. Your query is for oncologists which shows that you are quite tensed and worried about cancer. None of your symptoms are diagnostic of cancer. Remember common disorders are more common than rare conditions. Please dont worry about cancer and get investigated and treated.
