What Causes False Positive Result For Opiates While On Cetirizine?

I've not passed the drugs screening test today in a recruitment interview as they've found OpiatesMorphine a substance prohibited by the company in my urine sample.
So I'm under HIV treatment and I take two kinds of antiretroviral tablets (Kivexa and Isentress). I would like to know if there's any possibility of these two tablets contain opiatesmorphine.
I have taken Cetirizine Hydrochloride in the past few weeks. Can this tablet containt opiatesMorphine as well??
I would appreciate your help because I'm considering to request further confirmation test tomorrow as
I've been given only 24h to do this.
I do not use any kind of illegal drugs, I do not smoke and the last time I had a beer was on last Monday 25th .
Please help me as soon as possible, I want to find out in which circumstances this OpiatesMorphine can appear in my body and if its possible for me to pass this screening drugs tomorrow.

The common screening test is a dip stick. If something sticks to the stick it turns positive. False positives in dipstick tests are common and mostly the reason is NOT known. But if we did know, urine stickiness, inflammation, high protein or high cell level in the urine would be one of the non-drug causes. These conditions occur FREQUENTLY in HIV and often show a serious kidney problem arising. The most simple, common, cheapest urinalysis and electrolyte tests are all you need to screen for them and, I think I've made a case to get them.
Levaquin, benadryl, seroquel, and XXXXXXX SEEDS can all give a false positive screen

make sure they test for all the breakdown products of narcotics. Also consider hair testing. These make false positives less likely.
