What Causes False Positive Drug Result For Oxycodone While On Hydrocodone?
Question: I had drug test and came back positive for oxycodone and hydrocodone but only have been taking hydrocodone,is this possible. YYYY@YYYY

You recently had a drug urine test that showed positive for both hydrocodone and oxycodone despite you only taking hydrocodone. There is a small possibility that during the metabolism of the hydrocodone that it was transformed into oxycodone. Though the metabolic by products of hydrocodone is usually hydromorphone or dilaudid which can be picked up in urine drug screens
