Brief Answer:
You are most probably having URTI with reactive lymph node swelling .

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.

I have read your query , seen your picture and understand your concern.

As per your clinical history & picture it appears that you are most probably having upper respiratory tract infection with reactive lymph node swelling & tonsillar hypertrophy .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
to consult a physician to get a prescription drug . You will need antibiotic & investigation like CBC. Hence do not hesitate to see your doctor now.

Till then , I would advice
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily ,
Tab Vitamin C twice daily &
tab Paracetamol twice daily as anti inflammatory-analgesic for congestion .

Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.
