Brief Answer:
Pain not related to XARELTO

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir,

I can certainly understand your concern.

The pain which you are currently experiencing is probably related to blood clots and not XARELTO.

This drug is known to dissolve clots.

An addition of Coumadin can add benefit, but this should be done only after a baseline PT-INR test and expert medical consultation.

Duplex colour doppler can help to rule out any new clots in the blood vessels and guide to new therapy.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
