I can not up load any of my stuff
Brief Answer:
Please be a little more specific.
Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.
I must say though that it is a little unclear what is your question...whether you want to know about white matter disease, about the thyroid issue, weigh gain or fibromyalgia. Also it might be useful to know what other symptoms you have, what prompted the doctors to request those tests.
Also if you uploaded the report it would be easier to express an opinion. Simply snap a photo of the reports and upload the files in the report section.
I remain at your disposal once you provide more of the above information.

I guess what I am asking do I have to go on meds for my thyroid will I loose this weight I think this is what bothers me the most the weight gain I mean
Brief Answer:
Depends on cause
Detailed Answer:
That depends on the type of thyroid disorder. Weight gain can have many cause but if due to thyroid issues it is usually related to low thyroid function, hypothyroidism. So if your hormone levels indicate low thyroid hormone levels then taking replacement treatment may help regarding weight.
If on the other hand the tests show higher than normal or normal thyroid hormone levels then weight gain shouldn't be related to thyroid issue.
Let me know if I can further assist you.

It says my thyroid is <1
Brief Answer:
Read below.
Detailed Answer:
I already read that in the beginning of your query, however that is not clear. There is not one single value showing thyroid function, there are several values which are measured like the TSH (the hormone produced in the brain which stimulates thyroid), T3, T4, FT3, FT4 which indicate the circulating hormones. So simply saying thyroid less than 1 doesn't mean much as it would have a different meaning if it referred to TSH as opposed to one of the others. In addition reference ranges may differ between laboratories. Those reasons are why I said that it would be useful to upload the reports.
