Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Your symptoms could be related to anxiety or a metabolic disorder.

I would recommend consulting with your GP for a careful physical exam and some lab tests:

- complete blood count
- blood electrolytes and osmolarity
- fasting glucose
- kidney and liver function tests
- urine analysis and osmolarity
- thyroid hormone levels.

If all these tests result normal, you have nothing to worry about.

Anyway, drinking water is a very good thing for your health. I would recommend drinking up minimally 2 liters per day.

Regarding Gatorade, I would not recommend it to take continuously, but you can take it time after time, if it makes you feel better.

Regarding the humidity in your house, you can take devices which take away the water from the air inside the house (they look like air conditions).

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
