Question: Both of my eyes are watery and itching. My right eye has developed an area that is puffy, red and sore at the outer corner and extends outward away from the eye. Is this pink eye?

No, this is not just a red eye (Conjunctivitis).

This is likely to be an intradermal nevus. It can be observed without any intervention. If it changes color and size significantly then it should be removed surgically and examined microscopically.
