Question: Hi I'm 24 years , height 5'10"(approx) and weight 83 kg. I feel sleepy all the day even after sleeping for 7 hours at night. I also feel lethargy all the day. Please tell me how to deal with this.

Since your body mass index is pointing towards overweight, it might also be one of the reasons for feeling lazy and lethargic. I recommend you to go for an early morning brisk walk or jog for at least 40 mins everyday, which rejuvenates your mind. Also, start healthy dietary habbits like consumption of plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, avoiding baked and processed foods, colas, foods with excessive saturated fats. And make sure that you follow the principle of early to bed and early to rise.
Follow the above mentioned instructions for at least a month and you can see the difference.
