What Causes Erectile Dysfunction?

Question: hi, Am 35 years old male, from couple of months i noticed that, my pennis is loosing its hardness very soon before having sex, it remains hard for short time and then between changing the position it looses its hardness, this is happening from around 2 months now,
i don't smoke and i don't take alcohols, wanted to know if this is because of the age ? or if something wrong and how can it be corrected ?

It is classical symptoms of erectile dysfunction because of stress. It may be the recent stress of any kind in your mind that may be related to job, financial issues, family conflict, conflict with spouse, anxiety related to performance in bed or partner's satisfaction. Psychological issues are major cause for erectile dysfunction at this age.

What you need to do is to identify the psychological issues and resolve them. Performance anxiety is a kind of vicious cycle that continues for long once started. Poor performance for the first time gives anxiety for for the next time and it will distraction and loss of erection which ultimately increases anxiety. So, on and on this vicious cycle continues. Solution is to forget everything regarding past failures in bed and start a new beginning.

some tips to solve this problem:
1. Engage in foreplay for at least 20 to 30 minutes before going for penetration.
2. Sex doesn't only mean penetration, foreplay should continue throughout the sexual encounter.
3. Use of oral sex, masturbation, fingering, licking, sucking and biting are the basics of sex.
4. If you lose the erection during the intercourse then take a break and ask your partner to seduce you and make the penis hard again. This works always.
5. You should be aware of sensitive parts of your partner, if you are not then start exploring that.
6. Identify the sex positions that you and your partner are most comfortable with.

There is nothing wrong in your body or reproductive system, it is the stress that makes it complicated. Try to exercise during morning hours.

There is no need to take drugs for erection otherwise you shall become dependent on it.
