Brief Answer:
Please provide me more details

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

Thanks for writing to us.

You are suffering from erectile dysfunction. Brown sugar intake can cause effects on erection. But considering your young age, I think it is not necessary that you have physiological problem of erection, it may be more psychological problem.

Please provide me details about intake of brown sugar with dose duration and frequency and let me know when did you stop?

Are you using any other substance like alcohol, smoking, tobacco etc. currently?

Do you suffer with any physical illness?

When did you come to know about your erection problem?

Are you married?-- If yes how is your relationship with wife?
--If not,do you have a girl friend and do sex regularly with her? If yes, do you do that in comfortable environment?

Do you masturbate? What is erection situation at that time?

Waiting for your reply. Would like to suggest the treatment part after knowing the details.

Brief Answer:
Consult psychiatrist, deaddiction needed

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,

Thanks for info.

You are still taking opium. It is very abusive substance and make person highly dependent on it. It causes severe withdrawal like body pain, diarrhea, watery eyes, fever, yawning. It is difficult to tolerate them and person has to take that substance.

To get rid of the substance, person/you must consult psychiatrist and with indoor treatment you can be de-addicted/detoxification from opium. Generally buprenorphine sub lingual tablet is used for treatment with some other drugs.

Psychiatrist by a degree is also sexologist. So your erection problem can also be evaluated and treated there.

From your history, I think your erection problem is reversible as you feel it during masturbation. Your habit of opium use as well as secondary physical problems due to opium use are responsible for that. So de-addiction will help you for sure.

And counselling regarding your problem after evaluation is the treatment of choice. You need no specific medicine for erection problem. One medicine called tetrafol plus(containing vitamin formulation mecobalamine and pyridoxal phosphate) can be helpful for erection. You can take it twice daily after meal after evaluation by doctor.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to answer if more queries.

Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.

Brief Answer:
Consultation to ENT surgeon and psychiatrist is needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

For tobacco or Opiun de addiction also psychiatrist is the doctor to consult. But for problem of not able to open the mouth fully suggests sub mucus fibrosis and for that you need to consult ENT surgeon.

Better to take tetrafol plus after consulting psychiatrist only with written prescription.

It is not at all possible to quit opium without help of a doctor. No specific medicine is available in medical store to treat opium withdrawal; it is only available to psychiatrist/de addiction hospital.
If you can tolerate withdrawal feature for a week without specific medicine with taking routine painkiller then only rare possibility to quit opium without help of a doctor. But I don't think so it is feasible in your case as you have simultaneous use of alcohol and tobacco.

So please consult a Psychiatrist for treatment without hesitation for better health and future.

Hope I have answered your query. If still any query there, I will be happy to answer. If not, you can close the discussion and if feasible give your feedback so I can improve service. In future you can contact me directly if you wish with this link: http://bit.ly/drchintansolanki
