What Causes Erectile Dysfunction After Having Drugs For Stomach Issues?

Question: i used to have very active and healthy sexual life, then i got some issued with my digestive system, my stomach started to bloat, and i had anemia then, i started feeling like being impotent and now i feel as if i never had an erection, sometimes i do but it's very rare, i used to drink and do drugs but i quit that 10 years ago and i feel all the problems have started after that, i dated couple of girls with that problem but it was really hard to get an erection and more hard to keep it, i lasted hardly 10 seconds, so i just want to ask you if you can help me with this condition, i live in canada and i am so much worried about that i am ready to do anything to get my problem figured out
