Brief Answer:
Bloodystool need alterations in forecox at present, weakness guidelinesgiven

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
I evaluated your query thoroughly .
* According to your narration , it seems you are having Koch`s abdomen , for
which doctor has given you Anti Tuberculosis Treatment ( forecox )
* Urine color to be yellow orange is normal due to drug excretion in the urine
so don`t worry about urine color .
* Potty color red is not normal .
if it started after forecox that indicates drug induced bleeding from intestine .
have to discuss with the treating doctor for discontinue / change the molecule
or may evaluate for piles & add other molecules for the same .
* For weakness feeling , I suggest definite guidelines to get better early :
- drink plenty of liquids preferably boiled water, coconut water , lemon juice ,
green tea , coffee , butter milk etc to maintain your hydration levels .
- consume nutritious diet with balanced levels of carbohydrates , fat , proteins ,
minerals , anti oxidants , vitamins , trace elements .
- more of green leafy vegetables , whole grains , cereals , pulses , legumes ,
organic fruits , dry fruits , beet root , mung , boiled milk , jaggery work
excellent in Tuberculosis
- amla , honey , turmeric , ginger are best herbal supporters .
- multi vitamins , B complexes , protein supplements , iron preparations intake
are to be discussed with your doctor .
- manage diet in such way to get smooth bowel evacuations regularly .
- can have boiled eggs once blood in stool is controlled totally .
- avoid all more oily , spicy , beverages , non vegetarian diet at present
- remain ambulatory , regular walking in fresh air , exercises , YOGA are best
- avoid stress / anxiety .
- have regular sound sleep of 7-8 hrs .
- avoid smoking / alcohol / any abuse substances .
- maintain chart of your weight on regular basis ( say every 10 days )
- continue all medications as per your clinician advise , with regular follow up
consultations & evaluations as per his / her guidance .
Hope this helps you .
