Brief Answer:
D&C will help in stopping bleeding. cancer chances are less.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to HCM,

I can understand your concerns,

In your case endometrium hyperplasia is because of obesity.

I advice that first you should lose your weight. It will surely help in maintaining endometrium thickness.

To stop bleeding continue taking tablet transtat for 5 days.

If it does not stop with drugs, you should go for D&C.

To get regular and normal flow, i suggest that you should take tablet progestin every month( prescription drug)
Consult your Gynecologist. It will help in maintaining endometrium thickness.

At this age, chances of cancer are very less. There are different types of endometrium hyperplasia.at this age most of hyperplasia are benign

D&C will help in knowing type of endomrtrium hyperplasia.

Hope it helps.

Feel free to ask further.

Thanks.
