Brief Answer:
Improve diet + discuss about lipid lowering drugs.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for posting your concerns here. You have marginally elevated triglycerides and LDLcholesterol numbers which puts you at moderate risks. I am not very alarmed; however I recommend that you practice healthy life style and diet. Early morning walks; reducing alcohol consumption (if any); reducing excess calorie and fats especially hydrogenated oils; increasing fibre rich fruits and vegetables - whole grain, oatmeal, apple, strawberries, beans, peas are very essential. In addition, you can also start fish oils - they are rich in omega 3 fatty acids.
Besides those life style changes, maintain your body weight in ideal limits.
If you have already following this regimen or if numbers don't improve say in the next 6 months, visit a doctor and discuss about lipid lowering medicines - fibrates and niacin.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Respected Doctor Sir,
Thank you very much for your kind advice. I wish to inform that I have to participate in a training at USA for 1 month. As you might be aware that medical treatment is very expensive there and also not easy to avail. I therefore request you to please prescribe some medicine essentially to regulate/normalize the cholesterol level so that during my stay I may not face any problem. I am attaching my previous medical history in the form of reports. Being a professional, i.e. serving as Professor in an agricultural university, I exercise regularly and maintain strict diet.
With regards
thanks
Brief Answer:
Aspirin prophylaxis....
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I went through the detailed report. Besides slightly higher lipids I don't see anything else alarming. Your sugar was high once, but seems to be stable now. If you have been practicing healthy life style, the chances of cardiac complications in the next 10 years is exceedingly low. Therefore I do not think there would be a problem during the training session.
You can discuss about aspirin (ecoprin); a low dose (75mg) tablets can provide additional protection. But I don't think it is an absolute requirement. Atmost, your doctors can increase fenofibrate to 160mg (if you are still on rosuvas F10mg tablets).
Your cardiovascular health seems pretty good. No worries.
Hope this helped. Let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards
