Brief Answer:
Fatty foods can be the main cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

From attached report not only liver tests are above referential ranges but also cholesterol. Most likely this two results has one cause. Please note that not only alcohol can harm liver. Fatty foods, lots of fried foods can cause even more liver issues than an alcohol.
As your cholesterol is high, your diet seems to be not healthy enough.
So the key to normalize liver condition is diet and avoiding alcohol. Please try to avoid any fatty foods, fried foods. Replace red meat with chicken.
Next liver tests should be done in a month or so.

Your liver tests are only slightly elevated. This is not a high result. In case of acute liver disease this results are around 500-1000.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

Thank you. I will take plan of action you suggest. Since they are only slightly elevated Once levels return to normal will it be acceptable to drink alcohol on occasion?
